I took the Irish course for mature students at Mill Street from September 2016 until May 2017. It had been over 10 years since I originally studied Irish in school and back then I only managed a C on the ordinary level Leaving Cert Irish paper. Very happy indeed when I got my result last August. It was a H4 on the higher level paper and enough to fulfill the requirement for my primary school teaching course. So pleased.
I attended Chemistry classes every Saturday morning at the Study Centre, from September 2013 to May 2014. The Chemistry teacher made such a difference. He explained things thoroughly and the notes were brilliant. I got my A1 and I’m really happy.
Could not believe it. Got my Leaving Cert results yesterday and there it was, an A1 in English. I attended English classes at the Study Centre at Mill Street every Saturday morning and I want to say a big thank you to the English teacher there who helped me. She is an excellent teacher and her notes are fantastic.
Got my A1 in Accounting and thanks to Mill Street. It was always one of my best subjects anyway but the teacher at the Study Centre gave me that extra confidence and I’m delighted to have achieved top marks
I studied higher level Applied Maths at the Galway Study Centre for the past two years. It definitely paid off. Got my H1. I could not have done it without their help. Big thanks to everyone there especially the tutor. He’s brilliant!!
Took several shorter revision courses during the year at the Mill Street Study Centre and found them hugely beneficial. Super Maths teacher whose been there for many years. He has such a great way of explaining things . Also did English at Easter and got a H2. Highly recommend the place. They make learning so enjoyable.
He has to be the best teacher in the country! Everything is coming together now with my Biology. Have struggled up until Christmas but Saturday morning classes at the Galway Study Centre are making a big difference. I got a B1 in my mocks and I’m now aiming for an A in the Leaving Cert in June.
